Warwickshire D&H-231 variety.

Always a popular motif with the immodest portrait of Lady Godiva on the obverse, and the arms of Coventry on the reverse.

And while these often come flat as a pancake (no pun intended) and a bit dull, this one is a relatively well struck, blazingly lustrous über-gem and is by a very large margin the finest example we've ever owned.
