Concept:
Not a moment too soon we herewith present the fifth annual CRO holiday ad, featuring (for the first time) a gold coin.

And it is (as in past years) decorated to the hilt by our guest artist who has once again outdone himself by creating a coin ornament suitable for even the finest numismatic tree.

Captions (or illustrations) that didn’t make the cut:
It did cross my mind that the featured item might have been better showing the IN GOD WE TRUST motto at the lower reverse instead of the denomination at the top.

But then I remembered that our starting point was a 1908 No Motto $20, making that simply impossible in this case.

So we went with the graphic as seen in our final ad.
