A dramatic and interesting piece which can be dated (approximately) based on the place names used, such as the Sandwich Islands for what is now Hawaii and New Holland for Australia.  Also of note (and not surprising given the era) the United States is seen shoe-horned into the eastern seaboard of North America.

And this is a very pleasing, original, eye appealing example of this popular large-sized version.
