November 3, 2025: "You’ll Go Loco"

Concept:
When your author was in grade school, I distinctly remember a substitute teacher yelling at our rowdy class one day and telling us we were acting like animals. Which predictably caused all of the students to start mooing, howling and making other animal noises. But not me, as even back then I thought that gag was simply too easy.

And while I kinda feel that way here, the intervening years have given me the wisdom to see that sometimes an obvious gag can still be an effective one. As in the case of this superb, red and brown, Choice AU example of this neat Loco Foco token which rightfully could cause a person to go crazy (i.e. loco) over.

Captions that didn’t make the cut:
We also tested “Go Loco for this Loco Foco.“, but decided it sounded better with the ‘You’ll‘.

So we added it.
