An interesting piece with a tall portrait of Washington, and the familiar resume style reverse as seen on other pieces of this era (including some on this very list).

But that is where any familiarity with any other Washington pieces ends, as this issue is the only example of GW-86 known.

Generally when confronted with unique numismatic items, one cannot be too choosy about condition, but in the present case, this is a lovely, original, untouched piece with a superb patina seemingly acquired over many, many years.
