Musante GW-115, Brunk-245 variety, with a circa 1840 George Washington Countermark on an 1820 Capped Bust 10¢.

A neat issue acquired by us in a collection of Washingtonia, with a tiny portrait of the first President in an oval surrounded by GEORGE WASHINGTON, nicely centered on Liberty’s cheek.

Totally original, problem free and frankly adorable.
