A beautiful early copper pedigreed to yet another famous large cent collection.  Mostly red, this well made cent is tied for third finest of this die variety according to Bill Noyes’ Census. 

Also included is Ted Naftzger’s original 2×2 envelope, on which he graded this coin "MS65+" (hey, he was ahead of his time!).
