Concept:
No one, and I mean no one, likes a good Pineapple gag as much as we do, so it was of course a numismatic no brainer to highlight the delicious Pineapple motif on this superb Barbados Penny with a dole (out) / Dole ($7 billion purveyor of global pineapples) switcheroo.

Concepts that didn’t make the cut:
The only alternative seriously considered this week was another dealer’s suggestion "Sweet!" which was concise and appropriate and probably would have been a better choice, so we promise to use that on a suitable future coin (should one happen to come up).
