July 19, 2010: "Go with the Flow(ing)"

Concept:
Sometimes we try to be extremely clever and use especially obtuse gags, and sometimes we take the direct approach.

Such as with with this ‘uncomplicated’ caption highlighting this piece and letting this cool, old design speak for itself (almost literally). Even so, we thought it needed that one small parenthetical twist to make it CRO-worthy.

Captions that didn’t make the cut:
We had just one other serious contender here with "All Flow. No Ebb.".

Which I personally thought was pretty good, but which did not fair well in our extensive focus group testing (which consist of me emailing proposed caption ideas to a few of our long-term customers and having them respond with things like "that is horrendous – you are an idiot", which is the sort of feedback I always appreciate).
