November 10, 2008: "No Weeping"

Concept:
CRO Rule #1 when advertising a Willow Tree coin: Make sure it is really clear that you are offering a Willow, and a not a much more common and less expensive Oak Tree or Pine Tree coin.

So how do you do that?

Well, we figured the best way was to somehow work the word ‘Willow’ into the caption, and not merely rely on the coin description.

Of course that was easier said than done, since ‘Willow’ is really not an easy word to use in any kind of reasonably normal sounding sentence.

But that didn’t stop us! The phrase ‘weeping willow’ kept coming to mind, and so we made it work.

Captions that didn’t make the cut:
We knew we’d go with this concept, with just one last second tweak required: We thought underlining the word ‘this’ was essential to create the proper rhythm for the reader.
