May 3, 2021: "Not Run-Of-The-Mill"

Concept:
When describing this incredible, finest known / finest graded, out of this world Machin’s Mills ½p we really wanted to focus on the word ‘Mill’. How come? Well, as we’ve described here before, we always try to come up with captions that specifically highlight or relate to the featured item, as opposed to using some generalized caption that could be applied to any coin.

And of course this epic example of Machin’s Mills coinage is anything but run-of-the-mill.

Captions that didn’t make the cut:
We briefly considered a “One in a Mills-ion.” idea, but that never really got off the ground for several reasons:

There aren’t even close to a million of these floating around in any grade, and in an effort to highlight its specialness this actually makes it sound common, and
It didn’t exactly roll off the tongue.

So we scrapped this idea right quick and went with the version in our final ad.
