Concept:
This fantastic MS64+ BN specimen is the sole finest surviving example of this Running Fox type, a fact we decided to highlight with this slightly offbeat but totally appropriate caption.

Captions that didn’t make the cut:
We could have gone with another of our standard “The Finest Known Specimen” ads and that would have been completely accurate here not just for this Running Fox type, but for any 1788 New Jersey copper since this is the only mint state example of any of them at PCGS.

But we decided to do something more interesting this time.
