Concept:
Over time we have become big believers in the short, concise and impactful caption, as opposed to the looooong narratives we used to trot out in the early days.

So we were of course super excited at the obvious opportunity presented by this superb, neatly toned über-gem 1855 Germany 2 Gul commemorating 300 years of religious peace. Leading us to this two word, extremely punchy, 100% literal caption.

Captions that didn’t make the cut:
We were going to with a more aggressive “Who wants a piece of this peace piece?“, but have for years eschewed overly pushy sales approaches.

So we did not use it. In retrospect, that may have been a mistake.
