November 18, 2013: "Plantation Sensation"

Concept:
We like these punchy, two word, rhyming captions, especially when they so adeptly describe the featured item. Like this sensational American Plantation token, for example, which flat out blows away the other so called high-end pieces we’ve seen.

Captions that didn’t make the cut:
We were on this basic idea from jump street (Editor’s note: I have no idea what this means, but I keep hearing people using it during NFL telecasts), starting with "Plantation Acclamation.", which does rhyme, and means what we wanted it to, but epically failed the CRO roll-off-the-tongue test.

So we then moved on to "Plantation Temptation." and then immediately shot it down for being too much of sales pitch.

Leading us to the less pushy, more descriptive caption in our final ad.
