Concept:
When presented with this superb, original and very eye-appealing MS63 Rosa Americana 1p with much of its original golden bath metal color remaining, we were obliged to use this Kentucky Derby ‘Run for the Roses’ inspired caption.

Captions that didn’t make the cut:
Our only concern this week was that this caption sounds like it might be leaning a bit too close to a distinctly non-CRO style aggressive sales pitch, which was not our intention, but ultimately we figured most readers wouldn’t see it this way.

I hope we were right.
