Concept:
We wanted to highlight that this was a Charlotte gold issue by using the one and only memorable, ad-copyish, psuedo-clever, short-and-to-the-point, Charlotte-related movie line we could think of, which pretty much left us with the catchy line uttered repeatedly by Nicholas Cage’s character Benjamin Gates in ‘National Treasure’

Of course, in the movie ‘Charlotte’ refers to a boat and not a city in North Carolina, but so what.

Captions that didn’t make the cut:
None.

I’ve wanted to run this exact caption ever since we came up with it in April of 2007 but ultimately didn’t use it on our last ad featuring a Charlotte gold coin.

So this time we did.
