April 23, 2018: "Trade Up"

Concept:
Our goal this week was to find a commonly used phrase containing the word ‘trade’ which would also communicate the positive feelings and desirability of this wickedly cool, super choice and extremely undergraded Trade Dollar.

Which proved to be extremely difficult, until we stumbled upon the elegant and extreeeeemely concise solution in our final ad which not only cast a halo over this coin, but also made the not so subtle suggestion that one might want to trade up from an existing specimen to a finer specimen, something we do quite frequently with our customers as they improve their collections over time.

Captions that didn’t make the cut:
The closest we could get to another usable ‘trade’ caption was "Trade Show.", which of course made very little sense in this context.

So we did not use it.
