February 21, 2011: "Trades Welcome"

Concept:
We tried something a little different this week, leveraging the name of this cool proof Trade Dollar to advertise the fact that we take trade-ins, of all kinds, toward anything we sell (provided that you tell us of your intent to trade before you place an order.)

And while not every proposed trade works out, we try hard to make deals that are a win-win for both parties.

Captions that didn’t make the cut:
Our first iteration was the short, sweet "Wanna Trade?", but that didn’t make it clear enough that we would actually take a trade toward this coin, or allow an easy or elegant way for us to say that we would take trades on other coins in our inventory.

So we dropped that idea, and moved toward the caption in our final ad, with the final word ‘always‘ a last second addition moments before the deadline.
