November 21, 2016: "Ultraviolet"

Concept:
We learned quite early on that 1) Coins can tone in a dazzling array of vivid colors, and 2) We like to buy coins like that, 3) They sure do look good in CoinWorld ads, and 4) It is possible to highlight these colors in said ads using familiar ‘color phrases’, like True Blue, Mellow Yellow, or slightly twisted versions, like Well Red, etc.

And our guest author evidently thought so too, coming up with the well placed, concise and extremely catchy "Ultraviolet." to describe this indeed violet gem Great Britain 6D.

With that prompting, we considered a few other options this week, including the hard rock "Deep Purple." and the doubly appropriate, Prince inspired-with-a-twist "Purple Reign.", both of which we liked enough that we are sure we’ll use them in a CRO ad sometime down the road the next time a purple toned coin avails itself to our inventory.
