January 7, 2013: "We Buy Colonials"

Concept:
Those who are new to this site, or to numismatics in general (or possibly just arrived from another planet) may not know that we are the biggest colonial buyers in the business (and buy more and pay more than anyone else). So for them, and as a reminder to everyone else, we like to highlight that fact in large, bold font several times a year.

Such as in this ad, which is in the CoinWorld FUN Show Edition (as evidenced by our Sunshine State table # logo in the upper right corner) in our standard format that runs at the beginning of every calendar quarter showing 3 new colonials, which this time include a superb 1723 Rosa Americana 2p, a fantastic 1796 Castorland Medal and, for the first time I can ever recall in a coin dealer’s ad, ever, 1787 George Clinton Cent, which I tried to arrange together in an artistic composition.

Captions that didn’t make the cut:
As noted, this is our regular format, though this time my daughter compelled me to remove the period after COLONIALS which had been in previous versions of this ad since she felt it looked "asymmetrical".

I think she was right.
