A really neat issue, and a type which definitively saw circulation in early America. Indeed, a series of New York colonial paper money from 1709 is actually denominated in Lion Dollars. Who knew?

And this is an attractive, relatively well struck and lustrous example of a type that usually comes in really rough shape.
