Vlack 6-76A variety, considered to be Rarity-3 as an issue, but definitely unique as the double struck error seen here. 

And this is a very cool piece, with a pronounced and surprisingly aesthetic doubled portrait and legends. 

The coin itself is a lovely, original golden brown and would be considered exceptionally pleasing for a ‘regular’ example of this type.
