A wonderful, fresh example of this type which definitively circulated in colonial America.

Most of these are cleaned or sea-salvaged or otherwise unattractive, but this one of the few we’ve seen of any date that is original.  The fact that this is a 1776 (the first nice one we’ve found in 8 years worth of looking) makes it all the more appealing.
