Another rare and desirable colonial major Redbook type, this is the first Chalmers 6p of any variety that we’ve offered in y-e-a-r-s.

And while this one is not perfect, with some ancient lines on the clasped hands side, the strike is sharp and even, the color is absolutely superb and the overall eye appeal is excellent for an issue that, when found at all, is often weak, way off center, cleaned, holed and/or plugged or otherwise impaired.

Making this an excellent and relatively affordable example for type and a coin that would be very difficult and expensive to upgrade.
