Vlack 14-84A variety, a popular issue collected as part of the Machin’s series.  Considered to be Rarity-5.

And this is an unusually choice, original example with muuuuch better color and surfaces than typically encountered on this normally dark, rough, granular and often hideous type.

The strike, on the other hand, is as we usually see on these, which probably accounts for what is, in our view, an unduly harsh assessment by PCGS (since we thought this was a solid F15/VF20 for the issue).
