Miller 4.1-F.4, W-2355 variety, considered to be Rarity-1.

Not a rare issue, but this variety is always popular with the quirky obverse portrait and distinctive name. 

And while most of these are dark, or rough, or corroded (or worse!), this one is especially pleasing, with nice chocolate brown color and a much better than average planchet.
