Breen-1117, W-1960 variety, Extra Star in Reverse Legend type.  Considered to be High Rarity-6.

A very sharp, all original example with especially nice golden brown color.  This actually looks more like AU to this author, slightly netted for some trivial edge flaws, as made.

Ex Spink America’s June 1997 auction containing coins from the estate of noted dealer B. G. Johnson, lot #20.

$62,500
