M.32.2-X.1 variety, considered to be Rarity-1.
A lovely choice uncirculated Connecticut with hard, glossy surfaces all but unheard of in this series, and original mint red lingering in the lettering and devices on the obverse and reverse.
The finest known of this Miller variety, and a superb example of this entire type.
Ex Robert Martin Collection; earlier Herbert Melnick’s November 1983 Grand Central Auction, lot #65.
