Miller 6.2-M, W-2825 variety, the so-called "2nd" Laughing Head with a different obverse head shape than the typically seen and far more common 6.1-M variety.  Considered to be Rarity-6 (in comparison, the common Laughing Head is R-1). 

And this is a condition census piece, with much luster remaining, hard surfaces and some ancient crust in the devices.
