Miller 33.13-Z.1, considered to be Rarity-6.
About 5% off-center on the obverse and reverse, but a very sharp example of this tough CT, and easily in the cc for the variety.
Ford’s example, in comparison, was called only F – VF.
In fact, the only definitively finer specimen we have been able to locate was the EAC ’75 coin, which didn’t look so great in the catalog photos, but was described there as “Uncirculated”.
