A choice, original, totally crusty, light golden brown, late die state example of one of the two varieties in this series with the distinctive first 1 in the date inexplicably struck over a sideways 1.

And this UNITED STATES variant is much less common than the STATES UNITED version.  Indeed, while PCGS has graded 31 of the Newman 10-T STATES UNITED 1 over 1 variety, they have seen just 17 of these 10-Gs.
