Maris 50-f, W-5475 variety, Head Left type.  Considered to be Rarity-3.

A nice medium brown example of this the most common of the Head Lefts.

Ex Bowers March 1987 sale of the Frederick Taylor Collection, lot #2237, were it was described as “F-15 to VF-20/VG-8”, which if you average all that together is about where PCGS ended up.
