A popular Washington issue, but one that doesn’t come often in high grade.  Indeed, the best we’ve had of this type in 20+ years of diligent searching was MS62 BN.

Making this well struck and quite pleasing Choice AU with nuances of faded mint red an extremely desirable example, so it is not surprising that it can be traced back to the well chosen type set of Larry Stack.
