Sheldon-32, Maris-18 ‘Venus Marina’ variety, Head of ’94 type.  Obverse Late Die State with cud over LI, Reverse LDS with rim break through first S in STATES and much die clashing evident.  Considered to be Rarity-2+.

Just acquired by us from a long time collector at the EAC show, this epic ’94 is certainly a highlight of this list (or any list, actually).

Superb, wholly original, with the pristine surfaces you’d expect at this grade level, glowing luster and fiery original 220+ year-old mint red remaining on the obverse and reverse.
