Sheldon-57, Head of 1794 Redbook type.  Considered to be Rarity-1.

A choice golden brown piece with excellent detail, especially in Miss Liberty’s hair, and most suitable for type.

Dr. Maris, when he classified the cents of 1794 over 100 years ago, nicknamed this variety the "Pyramidal Head", a name sufficiently uncatchy that no one uses it now.  Of course, if you purchase this coin you may call it whatever you wish.
