Cohen-1, the dramatic and frankly slightly bizarro 1 over 1 variety.  Considered to be Rarity-2. 

Frosty, original medium brown, with considerable mint luster remaining and very little actual wear. 

Specialists will note that this piece was struck from a failing obverse die, evidencing several cracks and a grande die bulge at 2 o’clock. 

In all, a really cool coin which is about as nice as you’ll find one of these.
