1808/7 Capped Bust to Left Half Eagle, PCGS graded Mint State-62. As fresh and beautiful as the day it was minted. This is the key date to this short (and completable!) 1807-1812 early gold series. This coin is really a strong MS-63, but has been net graded by PCGS for a few mint-made obverse adjustment marks. There are a few obverse die cracks for added interest. This is what ALL mint state early gold is supposed to look like.
