KM-110 variety, Ferdinand VII type.  Struck at the Mexico City mint.

A beautiful, original, well struck, superbly toned and extremely eye appealing example of a type most often seen weakly struck, blast white, cleaned, hair-lined, laminated, edge flawed or otherwise deeply depressing (seriously – go review the recent auction records and see what those coins looked like).
