Newcomb-11 variety, Upright 5 type as so indicated on the PCGS label.  Considered to be Rarity-1. 

Among the reddest RB Large Cents we’ve ever seen or owned, with perhaps 90% of the fiery original color remaining on the obverse and reverse. 

This specimen has been called MS65 and tied for CC#1 in the Noyes census, and CC#1 in the Grellman census.
