Musante GW-371, Baker-644 variety, struck in Silver with a Plain Edge.  Struck by George Lovett.  Believed to be Unique.

A dramatic Choice Unc. piece struck in extremely high relief with your standard Washington Portrait on one side, a totally cool and seemingly non sequitur rooster beneath VIGILANCE on the other and lovely old cabinet toning throughout.

Ex S.H. and H. Chapman’s June 1882 sale of the Charles I. Bushnell Collection, lot #1429.

This coin is from the CRO archives and is not currently available for sale.
