One of our favorite Civil War Tokens, bearing the stately fish motif on the obverse, and the unlikely combination of TOYS, FANCY GOODS, FISHING TACKLE AND RARE COIN on the reverse (Editor’s note: Technically CRO hats qualify as "fancy goods", but we are not planning to enter the fishing space at this time).

The piece itself is a lovely gem designated BN on the slab label, but exhibits flashes of mint red and pretty blue toning.
