A pleasing design, with a broad head of Liberty surrounded by 13 stars, and a big, bold date.

The coin itself is softly struck in the centers (typical of die state 1 on this issue), but the color is a very pleasing golden orange and the surface quality and luster look every bit of the 64 grade to us.

PCGS shows 46 at this grade level and 16 finer.
