Type 1, with Ms. Liberty presented in all her glory (as opposed to the Type 2 issue, which has her buttoned up in chain mail), and no stars below the eagle on the reverse. 

The coin itself is a fantastically lustrous gem with some pretty rim toning and would be an excellent choice for a high-end type set.
