KM-7 variety, struck at the Rome mint.
A beautiful coppery gold, fuchsia and cobalt blue toned example which falls into that rarest category of coins (which includes just this sole piece so far) where the motif itself seems somehow to have caused the toning pattern on it – in this case an interesting obverse arc which follows the standing figures arm expressing movement as if he just chucked a discus.
Certainly as striking as any piece we’ve offered in recent memory.
