The obverse depicts the many-domed exterior of this Russian church with the surrounding legend in Cyrillic writing. 

The reverse shows a 3-D view of the ornate interior of the church, including statuary. 

Ruddy brown uncirculated with a few marks, but overall pleasing for an issue which would be considerably more expensive in finer condition.
