This is an extremely popular item based on the Fugio motif on the obverse and 13 rings design on the reverse created by Elisha Gallaudet (of E.G. Fecit fame), who also engraved the dies for the Continental Dollar coins. 

And this is a very eye-appealing example, with nice paper quality and good color.
