Gad.296, Hod.1 variety, with the Crowned L’s reverse similar to that seen on the 30 Deniers of 1709-1713.

And this is one of the few relatively affordable silver colonial coins and always popular as such.  

The piece itself is choice, with good coin gray color (perhaps a bit richer than our photos indicate) and old toning in the devices.
