K-14 variety, 900 Thous. type. Considered to be High Rarity-5.
A second way-better-than-average Slug on our list, this is an example of the last type produced, and the only issue struck in .900 fine gold. An increase in fineness instituted when the U.S. Customs office stopped accepting gold coinage containing more than 10% alloy.
And this is a choice, original example with minimal abrasions for the grade, better rims than most and nice eye appeal.
