Sheldon-218, 3 Errors Type. Considered to be Rarity-5.

A popular type with three reverse errors: The 000 denominator, the absent left wreath stem, and an inverted and then corrected U in UNITED.

And we are pleased and actually kinda shocked to be able to offer both varieties of this type on today’s list, starting with this rare and seldom seen S-218.

Most examples of this variety we’ve seen are dark, corroded or otherwise impaired, but this is a nice if well worn piece with pleasing color and nice surfaces.

Note that this coin has been verified by CAC.
