Nelson-11, W-13690 variety, with a dot before and after the date and 11 Harp Strings on the reverse (as personally counted and verified by our own Dave Wnuck). 

And this is a lovely, totally original piece with rich color and a hint of mint red lingering in the devices on the reverse.
